Personalized jewelry requires extra preparation time. Please allow 1 additional business day so that we can carefully create and prepare your personalized piece.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days across the United Kingdom after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the carrier, your location, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is already being processed or shipped.

You have 6 hours after purchase to request an order cancellation.
